Based at our property studio, we can create superbly presented properties and these always include a video which we find is particularly important in today’s market. We offer in-house prepared videos but for the more discerning seller a professionally prepared video is an option too. Additionally, our photographs are studio quality, our floorplans are detailed, our PDF page turning brochures are excellent and adverts that we submit to publications will be professionally prepared wherever possible. UAV drone footage, particularly when a property has some form of land is available to illustrate this too. Viewings are accompanied by one of our team and a little trick we have discovered over the years is to prepare a viewing plan prior to attending the property to ensure that we present the property not only in the right way, but also in the right order.

Our approach to marketing is underpinned by our use of property portals. Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location are our principal outlets, with additional exposure from other property portals right across the globe, reaching more than 250 million people. Additionally, we use social media and in particular find that both Facebook and YouTube have been extremely favourable outlets post pandemic. Our properties are marketed across all portals and social media channels, exposing them to the widest possible audience. Our own website is designed to provide as much background material as is desired to promote the location and lifestyle of the property and our bespoke property studio, situated between the Snowdonia Mountain range and Caernarfon is available for people to visit if required. In our experience however, in this electronic age, most of our marketing is conducted via a screen, enabling us to offer out of hours discussions with potential buyers and something which we find incredibly welcome given their geographic spread.

For potential clients, we have access to a Staging and Styling professional who can offer advice with regard to a property’s furnishings and presentation prior to listing. A simple introduction that has proved useful for many of our clients in the past, the aim of course, being to increase and enhance the value of a property.

Wales, and particularly North Wales offer several extremely worthy local publications and websites, all of which are excellent PR vessels for us. We will actively promote our property portfolio to those journalists to obtain as much exposure for our clients as possible. We are equally at home submitting properties to some of the more national mainstream newspapers and websites, and North Wales has seen exceptionally good exposure from national newspapers over the past couple of years.
